FAQ

An Intensive may be a good fit if you’re seeking focused, in-depth work or feel that weekly therapy hasn’t quite allowed enough time to reach the heart of what you’re exploring. Yes. Some people choose to return to their ongoing therapy with renewed insight and direction; others schedule additional intensives when they feel ready to go deeper. We can discuss what kind of support feels right for you after your initial experience.
